Bit too onshore in Rhosneigr for me and offshore in Llanfairfechan so tried West Shore on 78l/4.2m. Quite gusty but planed most of the time. Big chop over sand bars, but smooth behind breakwater with some 2-3 foot waves for short backside rides. Been watching a gybe video though theory out of the window in big chop, but something stuck as only droppped two gybes in the horrible stuff - sharp turns was he answer. Hour and half on the water flew by. Cold packing up - 31C midweek and 12C today???
